From last three weeks i am suffering from hard stool constipation. Stool comes everyday in mornin but it comes so hard. Today i noticed little blood on my anus(not in stool) and little burning sensation(bearable) after passing out stool which lasts long for 1-2minutes. Last week i started taking lactulose solution empty but it is not helping in stool softening. Please prescribe the best stool softener.

After the test,one extremely faint line appeared at T  and the other one is the prominent one at C. In such case how should I read the results.
