Neck pain along with severe headack
My mother is 45 year old, She is having BP from last 5 years & she is using Telmikind 20 dose, some times her BP is 120/86, 130/86, 145/87, these are the values recently.From 2 days she is having sever headach. Could you please suggest any medication/food changes/ Doctor consultations. Thank You

Medications - can be de used only after proper consultation U can consult me on practo . Why should u consult ? To get most appropriate medication for ur mother . Do not forget High Bp is a cause of heart attacks and brain strokes . So always keep them under check . Food changes - Use low sodium salt . Some things u can add in diet - watermelon and walnuts . Life style management - follow diet chart which My dietician will give u post my consultation , make sure that there is no ongoing stress . meals must be taken on time . Proper sleep is essential .

Bp is in higher range , target should be below 140/90. Neck pain and headache can have other causes as well. Can consult me privately for proper management
