How do I control my mind from racing thoughts all the time, even at night, disturbing the night sleep, making me tired.. bothering a lot, I couldn't turn off my brain. I do excercises for 20 mins a day. How do I control my mind? Please suggest. I have been going through anxiety before a year.

I had my first period after c section.and within 16 days I had my second period. Dr. Prescribed Meprate & Trapic E. It stop completely on Sunday so I stop the tablet but again it started bleeding very minimal. Today I went to Dr. She asked me to stop all medicine nd start with premarin 0.625 I googled the medicine is for menopause nd ovary failure. Is the issue serious ?? Is my dr.hiding something from me ?? Is it the careless of Dr durring operation? Please guide.

Today I had second miscarriage in 07 weeks. First was in 8 weeks. What is happening I dont know.Ultrasound shows no fetal activity in both miscarriage. Hi, I have been facing muscle twitches in my body. There is no pain associated to it. Like how the eye twitches happen. This mostly happens on my right foot below the ankle, sometimes on my calves and on right side of the head. I am underweight, all my other reports are just fine except for iron deficiency. Any advice is much much appreciated.
