Hi Doctors, My age is 24 years old, as a part of healthy life i had opted for prventive health checkup. I had attached the lipid profile. My HDL is 40.87 which is low. Whether this low HDL cause heart conditions in future?. Please guide me whether this reports shows any signs of heart condition or future heart conditions.

While having and usg scan for abdomen due to upper abdomen discomfort/pain doctor incidentally found 2.8mm gallbladder polyp in the anterior wall. With proper and healthy diet will it regress? And how do I know which type of polyp is that? I have been asked to repeat usg after 6 months though. It's asymptomatic. And can I take ayurvedic medicine or something or it doesn't help with this? Hello, I have cold from last 3 days and hay fever. Which is not coming in thermometer. My nose is getting block many time. Many time will fell better. Some feel hot but not more than 98.5. No cough. Taking azithromycin 500 one time dolo 650 one time and one allergy tablet is night as doctor prescribed. Some time feeling weakness. My os2 is 99. Please suggest
