I have taken an Covid vaccine on 14th Sept and suppose take the Vitamin B12 injection and Vitamin D due to low B12 and D on this week. Can I take the vitamin b12 injection and Vitamin D tablet or need to wait for 2 weeks after taking the vaccine.??

I have been feeling dizzy since i have woken up in the morning (been 10 hours already). I have puked once since then because of the heavy headedness. I am not able to even get out of bed. I am 32+yr old house wife. Suffering from Gastritis since 3yrs. I'm on acidity and digestive medication. Other than that all blood test  reports are normal . No thyroid , cbc count ok. But from last few months(nearly 7/8) intermittently I feel dizziness and a pressure feeling near neck and after few days become normal. So I visit local medicine shop and measure blood pressure yesterday .. pressure was 90/130. And it's high pressure. My question should I visit doc immediately and start medicine ? Or it is controlled by yoga. Please rply.
