I usually have a cold body and especially during winters my feet and palm becomes very cool that I have to wear socks and gloves ( my family doesn't wear). I sweat more sometimes and I used to have sweating on my palm but now it has decreased. Recently the weather is hotter than usual and I feel my feet is hot ( the lower surface ) and today I went for a short walk and felt my full legs are hot ( especially when I sleep ) I usually don't face this .
