Flu

I am suffering from hypothyroid since last 3 years.  Many times I used to complain of headache.  4 months ago I was diagnosed with 3.8 mm stone in the left kidney and took medicines.  Now from last 12-15 days I start having headache during day and vomit in evening.  Mild pain is also felt in the left and back.  Weakness and mild dizziness are felt and sometimes the hands and feet become numb at night.

Today I took my second dose of cowaxin around 3pm. Now around 6:30 I'm observing after I took vaccine there is  swelling under my right eye. I didn't have any issues when i took my first dose. What should I do ? Is it an allergic reaction ?

From evening time i started to feel some feverish little cold and stiffness in body like some little muscular ache in feets. Temp also rises to 99.0 F. Problem from past 20 days. Blood tests ( CBC,LFT,KFT, Thyroid) normal. Urinalysis and routine stool test also normal. Typhoid, dengue, malaria negative. Chest xray also normal. Please help i am freaking out what to do. doctors tell me go 99 is not a fever but i feel feverish at 99. Please help is it something serious.

After Finishing my daily routine Work at home suddenly left hand and legnumbness what to do  I took  bp tablet  amlong  2.5mg

Dear doctor, I have been Facing ankle swelling for past 5months,done all test lft kft lipid profile thyroid was normal, piles surgery done 10days back and taking treatment for excessive hair fall(bit better now).... Also went thru CT scan abdomen colonoscopy endoscopy prescribed by doc as I had one episode of Malena now fine(in CT spleen 15cm and mild liver hypoattnuetion), I m weighing 81 around plz tell me what could be the reason of all these things in line taking medicine for anxiety too, your answers would be appreciated thanks
