Which doctot to consult for extreme pelvic tightness?I am in doubt that i may have pelvic floor dysfuntion becauae of my sedentary lifestyle.

My 3yrs old son having phelgm in chest.. He is not having any cough or cold.. But while he is playing or running or doing some activity he breathes heavily that time we can hear the sound that he is having chest congestion .. How to clear that... Plz any suggestions..

Recently i have observed since few months, i am going to bowel twice daily, in the first time the stool will be solid, this is before breakfast. And after breakfast i will need to go again, this time there will be completely soft stool, is this normal? Also with proper appetite, i am unable to gain weight, weight is stuck at one point. Liver test is fine, incidental finding of very tiny gb polyp(single), i do get hunger type feeling sometimes even after eating. Also, my calves/legs are getting thinner, as i see my pant i used to wear is loose now. I do workout daily. Please help me. Sugar tests and cbc are normal too.

I have elevated blood pressure from few weeks.. Its between 135-145 (systolic) to 90-100 (diastolic) ... sometimes its 130/90 too.. Doctor prescribed me Met xl 12.5 tab. My weight is 64 height is 5.6 age 38 I want to ask following, Is this a blood pressure medication? Is it for life long? As it is 1st  time to start this medication i am nervous, What are the side effects of long term use? Is Life style modification stop this medicine?

My BP remains constantly low from some days. It's between 90/60 & 100/60. First BP used to be between 110/70 & 120/80. Symptoms- head sweating, body shaking sometimes, lightheaded feeling, anxiety. Blood Sugar- Average Blood Sugar- 82 RBS (after 2 hours of meal)- 102 Thyroid Normal. (TSH- 2.37)

I have a query regarding when should I actually take the vaccine. I got covid for the first time in the month of June . Then when  I was just recovering from the infection I got reinfected again in August. So I've not even taken the first dose of the vaccine yet. Seems like I'm one of the very few who have not even been partially vaccinated. So should I take the vaccine ? Or should I wait till November. Cause 3 mths from reinfection takes it to November.

Hello, Today while walking on the road my food hit a small iron object, it pained at that time not severe just medium, there was no bleeding outside I am having a small round black spot there now, looks I had some internal bleeding but it didnt came out.
