Flu

It's been 3 weeks , i am feeling full after eating anything like breakfast or lunch. I usually don't eat big or small meals, i eat medium sized meals . But when i eat very small meal , i feel ok. As i am underweight i can't eat small meal everyday otherwise i'll lose weight easily. I feel fullness after 1-2 hours of eating. I also feel gassy sometimes. Inspite of eating healthy foods, drinking 3 litres of water, doing yoga and sleeping 7 hours , these issues are happening. Can you tell me what could be the cause?

I have concentration problm with working in computer at office alll time feeling tired, fatigue and weekness , and sleepy at work .. and my concertration not good when I work in office .. I taking medicine amlodpine5 for my bp . Because 8 days ago my bp was 140/90 now my bp is normal.. And my sleeping problem from last 2-3 month same pls sugges what should I do ..

I m feeling very sleepy and not willing to speak any thing yesterday my bp was low few days back also bp was lowband was having fever but after having food it was normal. But from today again I m feeling same. My age is 28.

I rubbed my hand after vaccination, but the nurse adviced not to rub, unconsciously I rubbed my vaccinated area,. Will it cause any infection , will the vaccine work after rubbing? doctors please help

From 2 days feeling like tonsil, great throat pain and also vomit all the time. Not able to have food as everytime am soring from throat , its feeling pain and vomit. Please suggest some instant medicine to work as am working and cant take much leaves. Also bodyache and mild fever and headache. But main issue is this throat and tonsil. please suggest. Doctor my anti rabies vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 and i completed my last 4th (Day 28) anti rabies vaccine on 1st August 2021 And today on 18th October a street dog scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should i have to take booster dose of anti Rabies vaccine??
