Flu

I had severe neckpain and neck stiffness 4 days back. And developed fever after a day was at 101. Took paracetamol and consulted doctor. There was no temperature and was given Antibiotics , pain killer and muscle relaxant. Now neck pain is better. But I have lower leg and calf pain on both legs . Should I be concerned? I am worried that It can be covid and it's effect. Is it possible?

I have checked my blood sugar level just after 2 hours of my dinner and it comes 190. Just after 2 minutes of that I have again checked with same glucometer and it came 162. I have used dr morepen glucometer. I can't understand the reason of this fluctuation.

Hi I'm 26 years no smoking and not living on high altitude, on my recent cbc report my rbc was 5.61 / haemogoblin was 17.5 and pcv was 51.8. Took blood smear test it is also normal and tested for EPO is 4.8. Is this normal or should I be worried for polycythemia
