I want to check my hba1c level. Please tell best time to go. Is it ok to go anytime of the day or best results only come when test is done in fasting

Yes. You can get HBA1C level at any time. It tells you about how your Blood Hb behaved in the last 3 months. So when interpretation is for 3 months , time of the test should not make any difference.
