Having gas problem due to that having chest & and back pain not able to sleep whole night, if I sleep there is a pain and when I sit it subsidies.

The headcahe pain shifts to the face , forehead and top of the head. Doctor prescribed naxdom 500 mg for 5 days and tryptometer for 1 month. But still no improvement. CT scan , WBC , KFT and TFT test all normal . What other medicine shall i take ?

Hello Doctor, I had been vaccinated with 5 doses of anti Rabies vaccine in 2013 and atleast twice I had taken two doses of anti Rabies vaccine on 0,3 days in 2015 and 2017. I was bitten on the nose by a house rat and so to be safe I had taken anti Rabies vaccine on days 0 and 3, however I don't know if a monkey scratched me or bit me, but there was little blood on my arm on the day I took vaccine on day 3. So, I was advised to continue till full course. I have taken four doses on 0,3,7,14 respectively and meanwhile I had chest pain so have been on blood thinner, Rocuzar ASP 10 for over 2 weeks. Can I safely take the dose 5 even if on blood thinner? It won't cause any bleeding or any associated problem? Was I required to take 5 doses or only 2 doses of the vaccine? Kindly advise.

I drink around a glass of water and goes to sleep around around 10.30 to 110m. Suddenly between at  3 to 4pm i am having some dry cough for 2 to 3 mins. Then i will wake up and sit down. Then drink some water. Later after 2 to 3min i am feeling normal again. For the past 10 days almost for every day this kind of problem seen. In the day time atleast till going to bed this kind of dry cough not much. I am worried a lot what could be really going wrong. Could you please help me to provide your suggestion and treatment to come out of this problem?
