Hello, from last few months I am having a problem of tiredness. When I woke up in the morning, I feels like that i did very heavy work during sleep. I feel very tired. Especially, I feel mild pain in my legs. What should i do? Is it serious problem? I am having this problem from last 6-8 months. But i didn't take it seriously

My brother 37 yrs male done a CBC test and found hemoglobin 16.5, he is not a smoker, As suggested by doctor he had done a erythropoietin test since hg is on slightly higher side, EPO test result came as 3.26 mIU\mL. Is it a sign of primary polycenthmia vera? Please advise Results attached

Hi, I am suffering from fever from last one weeks, initially days fever was reaching approx 102- 103 for 3 days but I took paracetamol continuous from first day and after 3 day fever still available but not very high its reaching not more than 101 or 101.5 last. Fever not stable whole day just for 2 hour sometimes but not going down completely. Due to this I am feeling some weekness and headaches Please advice..
