There is swelling in my wife's face, hands and legs, ankles only in  summer time and hot places but she remain normal in cold temperatures, kindly suggest

My dad 60 years old, had a incident of burned with bike silencer in leg. The burns are properly gets dry and normal but around the burns some kind of redness is there. This redness was slightly there but yesterday the redness increased to an extent. Slight pain also there in redness area. What could be the reason?

Im tested positive for covid 1 month ago, after I recovered I observed lymph nodes were swelled for me in groin part and in neck region. Neck portion lymph node was reduced in 5 days. But groin part lymph nodes still persists. Had any of Doctors have seen any lymph nodes swollen in groin part post covid. It's been 1 month since lymph nodes in groin part swollen.
