My mom came in contact with a person whose family members have chickenpox. Both didn't wear mask. Does chickenpox effect only those whose immunity is low? Does it effect normal person?

Is it ok to take second dose of covishield if we are suffering from cold? Or going under medications?. My second dose date has arrived but I am suffering from cold and taking medication. Can I take second dose?
