My mother aged 60years suddenly got shivering at night 1am and bp shot upto 200 suddenly when checked at home. After taking amlong tab, levels dropped and showed 128/73 in morning. She reported nothing unusual before the shivering and causal unknown. She is diabetic with high bp and take medicines accordingly. Could you please clarify and suggest any tests to be undergone if these are some early signs.

Is it possible person to person heart rate will be different mine walking time heart rate will be 100 plus and sitting time 90plus I am worring is it any problem? I am doing regular pranayam , and skipping rope also I have back pain also it feels like burning sensation in shoulder I have done ecg and all its normal My mind negative thoughts will come like I am not well my heart is why showing more beats in oximiter and mobile heart rate checking apps

My reports shows uric acid level is 8.3,other kidney parameters are normal.No symptoms.How to reduce it.

Have any one of you doctors seen post covid inguinal lymphadentis. I got recovered from covid on September 1st 2021,.after two days of it, I have observed swollen lymph nodes in groin and neck part. Done FNAC, they gave report of reactive. Cervical one reduced but inguinal still persists today( 2 October). Can you guys guide me on this kindly? Also again FNAC was done to me yesterday they gave same report of reactive.

Doctor my previous 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination schedule  is 4/7/21 Day 0 7/7/21 Day 3 11/7/21 Day 7 1/8/21 Day 28 Last Dose ( Day 28) And today on 2nd October 2021 again a street cat scratch me with nails minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should i have to take booster dose??

Hi. I got scratched by a cat on April 2021, and took rabis shot along with the tetanus injection that's usually accompanied by the first dose of rabis shot. But today, Oct 02,2021, I cut my hand with a cutter and blood flowed. So I want to get a tetanus shot, but my second dose of covid vaccination date starts from today and runs till last week of October. What should I do? Can i take the tetanus shot and then go for the covid vaccine after one week? Or I can't take two of these shot within the span of 1 month?

I don't know whom to consult for this , my father is having fever but the nature of fever is different it goes up to 99.6 and sometimes comes down without medicine . Last time in may this kind of fever was for 10 consecutive days . We don't know the reason . But repeating fever is very disturbing . This is not viral fever or flu . He has some disturbance in his throat always cough and rigid feeling . And he's diabetic also . I need a good consultation .

Hello I have gained weight and it can be seen most prominently in my double chin..my thyroid levels are normal and my neck always looks swollen..my periods got delayed by 15 days. My gynae suggested to take primolut n 2 times a day for 5 days to get periods. After taking primolut..i feel my neck has swollen more ..so much so that if i dont sit straight, i feel pressure on windpipe a lot..even my body weight has inc by half kg..this is just in 2 days..is it coz of primolut? What can i do?

Hello sir i am taking TENATA. Tablet for my partial ACL LIGAMENT tear as prescribed by my doctor. Now i am thinking to take multivitamins. So my question is that can i take multivitamins while taking madicine for ACL tear because the tablet TENATA contains COLLAGEN PEPTIDE TYPE l HYALURONIC ACID CHONDROITIN SULFATE VITAMIN C will it have any side effects of taking multivitamins while taking this TENATA tablet. Please clear my doubt🙏
