I didt take the medicine A. I started football playing regularly.90 mins B. Started almonds , oats diet .fat restrictions C. Meditation . Recent my Tsh 3.12 . Cholesterol 175. Triglyceride 102. Ldl 108 . Esr 12 Bp around 110/80. I am now very energetic What should be my next step ?
