Hi, I had started regular gym in 2018. In last 6 months I have started heavy weight lifting. I feel tired and exhaused most of the time. I take a slightly restricted diet. However I don't take any additional protien or any supplements Otherwise my job is basically desk job with less physical activity and I sleep for approx 6 hrs a day. Pls advise what can be possible reasons for the regular fatigue. I do not suffer with any diabetes/bp or any other issues.

Hi, Since childhood I get feverish feeling when exposed to too much fan or air-conditioning. I get really tired and dry mouth. Sometimes it turns to fever where I get high temperature Now unfortunately for my office and gym there is air conditioning and I cannot tell them to reduce. I've been fully vaccinated for about a month now. I started gym since 2 days, getting the same feeling. How do I get adjusted to it or what can I do?

I have done my blood test for WBC haemoglobin thyroid calcium.My test report was weird according to me I showed to two doctors.Wbc count - 10400 Vitamin b12-250 haemoglobin - 15.1 while other was normal.Are this reports normal or something is wrong with it. Please help me.

I started feeling weak and had severe headache, mild sore throat, 3 days ago. On the 1st day night, I had headache and temp of 100. On the 2nd day morning, it rose upto 103, sore throat worsened along with body aches. On the 3rd day sore throat, cold, cough worsened even more. Despite medication ( Azithromycin, Cetrezine and Dolo 650 ) temp didn't come down. It was 101. Today I.e 4th day, the temp came down to 100 . But my throat is paining all the time. Pain while swallowing food or water. Nasal congestion is terrible, and all the medicines seem to have affected my gut(I have already been diagnosed by IBS), it has been paining severely sometimes in the lower and middle abdomen. Anticipating for diagnosis. Thanks in advance.

I have high blood pressure readings from few weeks i.e. inbetween 130-140/85-90. Doctor started met xl 12.5 tab.(started from 11 days) Now I feel fatigue and weak.. heavy headed too. After walk or physical activity body feel cold and clammy..and sweaty face.and wants to sleep. Ecg done 15 days before.. attached Age 38 Weight 63 Height 5.6
