Since past few days I'm experiencing gas issues and lower back pain. Also somedays I need to go to washroom more than 2 times and even after going to washroom I feel that proper stool evacuation is not happening. What should I do?

My mother age is 50 years, as normally i checked her Spo2 in oximeter where the result is 98% Spo2 and Heart rate around 86-94 bpm. She currently does not have any issues or symptoms. No fever also. My question is above 90 bpm is normal or she is having some kind of infection something like that. She is partially vaccinated and 7 days past her bp was 120/80.

Only Bangalore doctors please. I am experiencing little and ring finger s pain in both hands since 3 years. I am considered as CTS patient and prescribed vrious gabapantin combination medicines. Since month pain is triggered. Then went for MRI according to my neurologist. It shown nerve compression in c5 c6 c7 nerve (which has no related to CTS and it's a by birth defect) and am adviced to meet neurosurgeon. Then I met a top neurosurgeon experienced 40+ years and he confirmed pain is not caused due to said compression. And he suggested to meet a neurologist with emg who is experienced in treating CTS. Am still confused that am I need to consult a neurologist or orthopedist? Please guide me.
