Doctor i completed 4 dose intradermal rabies vaccination Day 0 3 7 28 started from 4/7/21 to 1/8/21 ( Last Day 28 Dose on 1/8/21) and today on October 3rd a street cat scratch me with nails with minor little bit blood comes out no wound so should i have to take booster dose of Anti rabies vaccine?

I'm facing low circulation and pain in left leg. Initially for many months, it was very minute and only some discomfort on some nerve on top of foot. Then it quickly, within the past 1 month, the pain spread to hip/ lower spine level. I was sitting and studying for many more than 6 months without any physical activity, before the pain started. The pain gets worse if i sit in a chair for even a few hours and feels like leg getting choked. The other leg is completely fine. What should I do? Please help me with your suggestions.
