From yesterday feeling uneasy. checked bp today morning 174/80. difficulty in breathing. history of 1 stoke of paralysis 2 months back.

Hi,I have a travel to work upcoming and need to go out of India, as a formality I need to get the RTPCR done tomorrow, but I have a minor throat discomfort and hence worried will it have any impact on the rtpcr testing. Kindly note I have no other symptoms of cold or cough or temperature or fatigue and also I have been vaccinated with both doses of covishield. Should I be worried that throat infection will have any bearing on the rtpcr?

Hello doctor. I just got routine blood tests done and in my lft report direct bilirubin is slightly high. Total bilirubin 1.0 Direct bilirubin 0.3 Indirect bilirubin 0.7 SGPT 19.8 SGOT 22 ALL OTHER LIVER ENZYMES ARE NORMAL. IS MY LIVER FAILING? I'M HAVING TERRIBLE ANXIETY.

Hi, My mother in law was suffering with dengue. And she is off from fever in past 4 days. When I was asleep by wife gave naproxen tablet to my mother in law when she said head ache. I heard some where ibuprofen and naproxen etc should be avoided during dengue. Can you please let me know is it ok for one tablet?

Yesterday a small bat came inside my house, it took 10 minutes to go out. No bite or no scratch to anybody in my home. Does rabies vaccine required or whether it will cause nipah type virus?. Please guide me i am very tensed due to this i am not able to sleep yesterday

Doctor my cousin was scratched by a street dog and start taking anti rabies vaccine intradermal 4 dose schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 24/10/21 Day 0 27/10/21 Day 3 31/10/21 Day 7 And his Last 4th ( Day 28 ) anti rabies vaccine is due on 21/11/21 but today on 3rd November again a street dog scratch him with nails just little bit blood comes out no wound so should he have to Re-start anti rabies vaccination from Day 0 ???

Doctor my previous 4 dose intradermal vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 and i completed my last 4th Anti rabies vaccine on 2nd August 2021 ( 3 months 1 day ago ) and today a street cat scratch me with nails without bleeding just redness no blood so should i have to take booster dose of anti rabies vaccine?

I have taken vaccine in the afternoon hence getting side effects too but imt concerned about that is blocked nose is a symptoms of side effects.. because the nose is packed jam couldn't able to sleep too so is it normal?

I am on medications of iron and B12 for 1 month, I get dark circles whenever I get UTI, but in previous times it used to disappear with a few days of medications. Now this time I got and I didn't diagnose it for 6-7 months and then when I did my dark circles didn't go away, it's been 1months and I am taking medicines of iron regularly but they didn't go and also my lips are also a little darker, but my hair falls have reduced a lot in this 1 month. Can there be some else reason for dark circles other than described? I also can't wear earphones because my ear starts paining after it. In those 6-7 months when I had UTI, I felt fatigued and when I recovered from UTI, I checked my HB it came to 8.8 but after that, I took iron pills and spinach juice on an irregular basis but still I took it. I still have 1 month left for my anemia treatment. Do you think anemia is the reason for all?
