Hi Doctor, Recently I visited to hospital for a BP check up as I never had any in my life. My first reading was 140/80 doctor said it was little higher, then after 2 weeks of strict diet regiment I did another reading was same 140/80 but with different doctor who told me that it's normal for an adult like me as I'm 30 years old and this is the normal reading for any indian origin or people residing in india. I've read in articles that normal range is 120/80 this has completely puzzled me or confused as what should be the range for BP. also let me tell you that I workout daily without fail but my concern is can I continue workout amid all this and I've totally cut down salt intake, caffeine for more than 2 weeks now but still range is at 140/80 Please suggest me if it's normal range or still anything else that I'm lacking in

Today i did an usg due to indigestion or stomach pain issues, it showed small echogenic foslcus found of size 2.9mm with no obvious acoustics shadowing, s/o polyp. I am scared. I am just 25, why is this happening with me? I exercise regularly, i had some problem with digestion recently also. Can that have caused this? And which type of polyp is this? Cholesterol or something else? I am really scared of cancer. I have done cbc, lft and kft, all came fine within normal value. Only this polyp. GaStro surgeon saId to monitor it every year, but i am still worried that what if it will turn into cancer? Other organs in the usg are fine.. Please tell me how to reduce it? Does ayurveda help in this? What should I avoid? Please help me doctors, i am really scared and panicked.
