I am 20 years old and due to migraine for 2 months i am having anxiety and restlessness which in turn is increasing my BP to 135/90. Will my BP come down after my migraine and anxiety calms down?

I've attached cholesterol and ECG details of my mother which was taken 3 months before. So she took Atorva 10mg for one month and left 2 months and dieting. But doctor saying her now to restart that again for atleast 3 months after having symptoms of fast heartbeat and sleep disorder started since one month. Also instructed to consult a cardiologist or psychiatrist for heartbeat and sleeping issue. What I can do?

My father age is 59 years old and he is fully vaccinated for covid 19. From today morning he has having some kind of headache, throat irritation like clearing up of the throat. Occasional cough also there but not severe. No fever or breathing issue. But as i can see he feels very mood off. His bp and sugar are also in normal readings. Please guide me.
