Upper back pain or chest pain in morning
Hello Docs, I am getting severe chest pain or upper back pain in morning time specially during (5am-7am).. After that it goes off. There is nothing problem with heart I feel coz never felt that. Only this chest part pains alot in mentioned morning times. May I know the reasons and remedies. TIA😊
