Why my body temperature alway 100 in evening from last few days, I have cough along with that and also going through some stress

Suffering with dimples on leg if i sit for long time. PBS report also came normal. Need to know the reason

I can fell my pulse in my skin in abdomen,chest,neck,leg,...whole body...I checked my holter,echo,thyroid,bp,hr everything is normal...I cant do my normal activities as it pulsate..for ex- while studying stomach and neck pulsate,while sleeping,while sitting in classes,while talking to someone,my life is becoming hell...this is so distracting,what is cause...this happening since 1 year for whole day...what can be cause??as body don't do this without reason??what could be reason.I can pay lakh rupees to someone solve this problem...pls help.

I drank milk today and later my brother found that there was worm in his bowl of milk with cereal. Last month on 28 October I took 1 zental tablet and metrogyl 3 time a day for 5 days  after accidentally eating worm. Now what to do ?? Do i need to take. medicine again ?? I am not sure whether there was worm in milk or cereal my brother had but I had the milk so please tell what to do??

Last month on 28 October I took zental tablet 1 dose and metrogyl 3 time a day for 5 days as I accidentally ate worm. Today I drank milk later my brother found there was worm in his milk and cereals. I don't know whether worm came from milk or cereal. I have a little fat on my liver as well. So should I repeat same medication?? Is it safe to take zental again ?? I have heard it's not good for people with liver problem?? Please tell should I take medicine again??

I have Acidity at bed time. Can i take omee d at bed time bloating. After meal omee d (omeprazole )good or not.

I have my last dose tomorrow (5 dose chirorab vaccine) but I might be hiv positive (third dose was in a village hospital that reused syringe. I can't check now because of window period). Today a cat licked (while eating something) a metal handle and I scratched myself there. Should I take additional boosters? I also take anxiety medication.
