I’m fearing that it would cause any side effects/drug interactions. Please share your thoughts. Why sudden fear is suddenly got confusion and strucking during tasks. Please help me im in big fear

He has done routine blood test.his SGOT and SGPT seems elevated.SGOT is- 55.14U/I .SGPT is- 68.85U/I . Sir/Ma'am-is it serious?He does not have any symptoms.He is 35 years old and non- alcoholic.He does not have fatty liver also.. Please advice what to do.Rest of the parameters are normal.

A cat had delivered 2 kittens on my terrace. I tried to get rid of them but others said they would grow up and go away. I found one kitten dead today, some animal had killed it brutally. So I called a cleaner and she handled it with her bare hands even when I told her not to and took it away. Now in doing so she touched the metal handles of both the metal doors we have. I was too afraid to disinfect the door handles immediately, I thought I would do it after a while when saliva dries up. After 2 hrs my younger brother came early and touched both the handles to come in. Now I am worried that if he touched his eyes, nose immediately after touching the saliva on the handles, can he get infected? He doesn't even remember if the handle was dry. I thought the virus dies outside within a few minutes, but when I read it can be infectious upto 48 hours on metal, I am worried. The weather was around 25-27 degree College, sunlight was very light. Can he get rabies and needs vaccine?

My mom had GERD problem since 3 years. She got esophagitis 5 months back, so visited a Gastroenterologist. He prescribed Ganaton Total (PPI) and Placida tablet. She started taking that and she was fine. Recently she stopped only placida. But She got many new symptoms. Cough like severe, Phelgem, nerve back neck pain, fever someday, bad taste in tongue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort. Do stopping placida will cause abdominal discomfort and loss of appetite? Or it could be due to some other issue?
