Doctor my cousin's 4 dose intradermal anti Rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 and he took 3 vaccines till now and his Last vaccine due next month but today by mistake he washed his eyes with water which was licked by street dog so what to do now ? Please answer???

Hi my mother is 50 yrs old. Her weight is 93.5 kg. She is having trouble walking due to excessive breathlessness, swelling & having pain in spine, waist and arms from past few weeks. She is taking medication for hypothyroidism (thyroxine sodium 100mg) Recently we consulted some young (jr) doctors in AIIMS, Gorakhpur (UP). During general check up they found her blood pressure was: 170/114, after few mins (168/110) (earlier for past 2-3 years she had instances of hypotension & hypertension) They asked for some tests: CBC+PS, HbA1C Test, Routine Urine, ECG, ECHO, RFT, Biochemistry lipid profile, Immunoassay (Free TFT). They found the test reports to be normal and said it's all happening because of thyroid, also prescribed with some medication  for a period of 1 month and asked to come with a blood sugar test next time. Please guide me should I continue with the medication?

I am having heaviness feeling in right upper abdomen from yesterday night and i feel gas is blocked. I feel like to burp, but able to pass gas through burping. Stomach bowel movement is not proper. Due to this heaviness i feel like something stuck at the right sided throat. This issue sometime happens but it automatically gets disappear. But from yesterday it is noticeable more. No pain or vomiting.

My brother age is 18 years old, he sometime do cycling to go tuition. Around 8 KM he cover totally for the day. He today felt dizziness feeling and had drink water and came home safely. Now he is okay and fine. No any other issue. This is the first time it is happening. He do wear mask and started cycling at 12. O clock at afternoon. Whether this dizziness is due toh dehydration or something else.?

Dear Doctor, I Mustaqim Chaudhari age 39 has been suffering from cold and running nose for past few weeks. I have taken medicine from few doctor but still it is of no use. One doctor had prescribed Montelair LC tablet for 15 days. I took the tablet but still no improvement. I easily catch cold when I drink cold water or have ice cream. I prefer to stay away from cold item.

I have taken paid consultations too and was told no vaccination was required, but yesterday I got a post that vaccination maybe required. My question is that if there was a dead kitten on my terrace and the cleaner picked it up with his bare hands and touched the door handles on both my metal doors, is there any chance that if anyone touched those handles after 2 hours and might have rubbed their nose or eyelids, can they get rabies infection? I thought the virus dies up quickly and is not infective, but I read somewhere that rabies virus could be infective on metal till 48 hours, so I panicked. There was no injury or cut that I can remember on my brother's fingers. The mother cat and the kittens were fine till 8-9 days on my terrace, my concern was only if the animal that killed the kitten could have been rabid as either another cat, or a monkey could have gotten on my terrace.
