I do see enlarged axillary lymph node. Did that red tinted lesion generate the discharge? Need a detailed HPI and ROS for this case. -Use Clindamycin gel during morning excluding the abrasion during morning for 1 hr. -Apply lactic acid at night. Then use moisturiser and massage gently.
Next Steps
-Could be an open comedone or predisposing underlying conditions too( involving the organs of the reproductive system)
Health Tips
