Looks like a boil. Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab combiflam one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days after meals. Apply sumeg ointment over it,  2 to 3 times daily. Apply some ice pack over it, 2 to 3 times daily. Wear lose, cotton clothes. Connect online with me, after 4 to 5 days and let me know about it  after treatment. Accordingly I can guide you further.
