My father is feeling difficulties to sleep properly at night. He is sleeping but within a duration of 10-12 min his sleep is becoming alienated. Hi I used to consume high level of alcohol for 10 years. Since past 5 years have quit hard liquor however have beer 5 days a week. Around 2 650 ml bottles. I have fatty liver grade 1. SGOT is 37 and SGPT is 64. Total Bilirubin is 0.6. AlL other liver parameters are normal. Will this fatty liver grade continue to progress? I swim for an hour 6 days a week. Around 400 metres. On Reheptin 1 tab a day since 6 years

From the last 2 days i am having a sleepy feeling during day and heaviness in eyes, i do not have any tired feeling or no low energy. I feel energetic. My heart rate is also under 74-85 bpm. No any other symptoms. No fever or no cough. I used to have 6-7 hours of sleep also. Please guide me why it is happening. Any major illness i am having?
