Hi Doctor, I got tired and depressed with confusion sometimes recently. I have taken serum tests and got the following results. Vitamin D - 16.06 ng/ml Vitamin B12 - 389 pg/ml Is this normal level of D and B12. If not please help me on this.?

My problem is my upper right area chest is pain when bending forward , I also feel pin and needle sensation in the chest. Two years back I took chest PA and TMT , report came back normal. My question is what is causes of occasionally chest pain.

Sometimes I have a high heart rate ,So I did ecg and echo done. If you can help that reports are fine or not.

Why she vomits everytime she travels from bus car or any vehicle even for a short distance. What is the cause and possible cure.

I am having nose congestion, runny nose, facial pressure in beside nose, pain in chin, ear clogged. Today at evening i had a feverish and chills which resolved after taking calpol. But now also i am having fevrish and chills, temeprature is 98.3 - 98 6, feeling feverish and chills. My Sp2 is 99%,heart rate is around 90-97 bpm, sometimes low also. I am also not in a contact with any covid patient. Please guide me.

I got hit by my sister with Whiper on this left leg there's a bruise but it been 2 week now my seeing fluid like swelling there there's no pain I don't it been there for long time or so but I saw it 2 weeks ago then I thought I might be because I got hit.. it's fluid like swelling

No UTI. Urine test normal. May be vaginitis. Took forcan 150 .. used candid tube..still foul smell and burning sensation after passing urine on.outside . Itchy pubic hair. What to do?
