Dizziness , severe tiredness BP 110/70 Being hypertensive told to check Electrolytes all normal, only Sodium is 136 ( lab range 136-145), is this on lower side? Having tingling and pinning sensation in both foot and palms and even on head. Taking Telmisartan 40 and Cilnidipine 10 for hypertension. Blood sugar also normal.

Can me and my wife take omega 3 cap daily?? If yes then what are the doses ..I my age is 33 and my wife's age is 26...I have a baby boy of 11 months and is on breast feeding..kindly suggest

I am a 27 year old women. Since last few months sometimes I find 1-2 grey hair on my scalp. Although it is not too much, till now i have noticed total 3-4 grey hairs since last 3 months . It is a little worrying for me because I had never experienced even a single grey hair till now. Is it a cause of concern? Am i getting old so early? Does this mean that soon my hair will start greying?

Good day sir/ma, about 4 days ago, I just started having some weakness inside of me, I just feel weak, not that my joints or some part of my joints are aching me, I don't feel ache in any of my joints or bone's in each part of my body, and sometimes I feel so exhausted, and sometimes I feel like I can't hold grip of myself while standing or walking, since when it started I eat more and also engage in kegel exercise to improve my body physically, but after a while, the weakness returns. Right now I'm taking immunal capsule too.

Hi, Since a month I have been suffering from dry nose as I live in extremely cold and dry environment. I have phlegm every morning as I wake up. For the first two days, I have noted that there was fresh small streaks of blood. After that, there was pink phlegm in my post nasal discharge. And now I saw dried orange/red particles today. Got my endoscopy results which were normal. Please advice. I am currently in east coast of USA with extremely dry and cold winters.
