Few days back i had heavy cough suddenly due to cold that time i got neck vein pain/spasm in my front left side neck. Since then pain is persisting for 3 days. What I need to do to overcome pain

Is paste like yellow stool, common with ibs? No matter how much fiber i add, how much water i drink, majority of my stool is like this. I eat apple, banana and oats daily at morning for fiber. I don't ever eat junk food(totally stopped since a year)... Is this ibs? Also if I drink milk or eat spicy, i have observed smelly farts will come after that.. please guide.. Lft, cbc, urine, thyroid all normal.

My mother is 65 years old. Before 2 years she was 75 Kg but this year she is only 64 Kg. She has Blood Sugar from 62 years and Blood Pressure from 60 years. She is taking medicines daily for it and has not reached to any danger level. We are afraid of her weight loss. Is it normal to lose this much weight in 2 years ? Last 2 months, I am having giddiness and imbalance while walking. ( i had same problem ten months ago. That time i was asked take brain MRI. It showed a normal report. But i became normal after a week) . After ten months I got same symptoms. I consulted same nuerologist. He asked to take B12 test. I had 182 which is slightly less. I am taking B12 injection and tablets. I took tablets for vertigo also. They took nerve test for legs. That was also normal. I consulted ENT. He took hearing test that showed normal report. I went to another neurologist for second opinion. He gave nootropil for a month.. But still I am having same problem. Plz guide me what to do. I would be thankful for ever.
