I don't get sleep at night only 2/3 hours in the morning I don't feel like sleeping ... I try very hard to sleep but can't sleep. If you can please help

First my son, 6 years, got cold and fever, with paracetamol and cold syrup reduced in 2 days then for me and my husband got mild cold, my younger son 2 years, got fever but reduced in 2 days.. My younger son not eating properly since he got fever, but he is active and playing, sleeping is normal, no cold and fever now.. Me and my husband didnot get anyfever but little throat iching was there when we had cold for 2 days.. We both are fully vaccinated. Should we go for covid test now?

One of my family member report comes positive 2 days back. Yesterday I felt bodyache and after taking Dolo 650 I feel normal. But today night also I checked my temperature it's above 100 I have take Dolo again and get relaxed. As of now I am taking vitamin C and zinc and when temperature goes above 100 then Dolo 650. So do I need to add more medicine or continue with this.

I feel upper nose block forehead discomfort there is no cold cough and fever kindly advise the reason and remedies for it

 Sir, This is Rachita Sharma. I was diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis in 2017 and successfully completed the 10 months course. Now we are trying for a baby so doctor suggested a tb gold test. Attaching the reports for your reference. Now the doctor might recommend treatment of latent tb. I am really scared and confused now. Not sure what should be my next step. I have no symptoms since I finished the treatment. At a healthy weight, no cough, CBC normal. Please advise what should I do next.

Due to constipation, stool is not emptied completely. How long dulcolax tablet can be used to clean rectum. Can it benefit more if consumed for few days in one go, else evacuation can be partial.
