On white spot
I have one white spot on my left soft palate upper mouth I  took tetanus injections after 24hrs of a fight where I got fingernails scratches on my necks And had some blood of other person on my shirt Fought on 18 at 8: 30 pm, took tetanus injection next day at 8 ...and on 20th today I have this one white spot on just my upper mouth and some mild to low knee joint pain ... Do I have any serious infection or is it just side effects of tetanus shot
