It is a sign of lipid derangement (fat metabolism) in your body. Kindly adopt healthy diet and regular exercise and get your lipid profile tested.

Hi.. Keep it simple It may be MILIA which is self resolvable or there might be some lipid derangement going on in your body
Next Steps
what to do: just get your lipid profile done to know levels of triglycerides, LDL, VLDL, HDL, CHOLESTEROL Most probably this condition is self resolvable 1. avoid touching or picking the area 2. maintain hygiene with water and cleanser 3. consult an ophthalmologist if u feel pain, discolouration or any kind of localised swelling in lid. And lastly take care there is not much to worry especially if your blood reports are good

Most Likely Diagnosis - Milia The spot shown in the image is small, flat, white, and without swelling or redness. This is typical of milia, which are: tiny trapped keratin cysts under the skin completely harmless not related to infection not painful common on eyelids Milia often appear suddenly and may stay for weeks to months but do not cause any harm. Why it happens Natural blockage of a tiny skin pore Minor friction or rubbing of the eyelids Dry skin Sometimes no clear reason at all It is not related to any serious eye disease.
Next Steps
No urgent treatment needed. Do not try to squeeze or scratch the area. You may apply a gentle moisturizer to avoid dryness. If it persists beyond 2–3 months or increases in size, an ophthalmologist or dermatologist can easily remove it with a simple procedure.
Health Tips
Kindly visit any clinician personally, if- the spot becomes red, swollen, painful starts growing rapidly affects vision None of these are visible in your image.

Dr. Bhupendra Singh Kindly do consult

This white spot on your eyelid is most likely milia, a harmless and common condition. It is not serious, not an infection, and not usually related to cholesterol.
Next Steps
Do not squeeze it; keep the area clean. It often clears on its own. See a doctor only if it grows, becomes painful, or red.
