Hi Doc. Since last couple of days , whatever i am eating - i need to go to the loo after 3-4 hours. And there's itching and burn in Anus. Its burning a lot. What could be the reason ?? I am obese. Please help. Any home remedies?? That could work for now? Please suggest

Hi doc, I'm feeling suffocated and shortness of breath. If I walk for sometime say 5 min I start panting for breath. I have gone through the blood test 20 days before everything was normal except vitamin d and b 12. Yes few days back I was emotionally disturbed but now fine. I feel too tired entire day. Good day sir/ma, my cousin have been complaining of having serious body/joints pains for 2 day's now, as we speak he's unable to sleep at night and during the day the pains do subside a little,but at night after taking his malaria drug he can't sleep due to the pains.
