I have been experiencing anxiety since a month and have started " somnofit" natural medicine. Along with anxiety my hunger goes to 0 k don't eat when ever this anxiety happens to me. Since a month I have not been eating willingly but by force only. Is there any kind of ayurveda medicine I can take to feel hungry like normal human being does

Hello Doctor , My mother is 65 years old and she is suffring from viral type fever from yesterday . Yesterday morning she got fever and yesterday it was 102 degree and after that we give her dolo 650 yesterday 5.30 pm and after that she dont have fever yet . Her temprature js coming 99 now and we for safer side give her dolo650 again just now only . She is having slight cough now due to irrition in her throat and she got cough earlier also as she us diabitic and heart patient . She js fully vaccinated and although she got covid 7 months prior to this . I dint know but i am assuming that this is covid only . What extra i can do now for my mom please help me

Iam a guy aged 19. I do a lot of exercises for weight loss and heavy workouts for around 1 hour... But recently i have noticed that im not sweating at all during these heavy workouts..
