My left side of chest pains when bending over and on deep breathing. Otherwise no pain. What is wrong?

So i have been facing indigestion mainly, also probably i have got a stomach ulcer for which i am eating medicine(started from today till 5 dsys), My other problem is, when i eat, even a little masala/oil, the area outside my anus starts itching, how to get rid of this? I eat only home made food. As well as masala oil is even lower than bare minimum. Today I ate just boiled chicken with a little oil/masala, and this happened. Please help me! Is it due to the ulcer and indigestion?

From last 2 days I observed swelling in my left hand. There is no pain but the swelling is increasing day by day. Till now I didn't take any medicine.

My husband is a software engineer and from the past one week he is handling a tough project and took Lot of stress. I am suffering from fever and cold since 3 days. Cough is increasing and decreasing accordingly. Fever is coming mainly during evenings or nights. Cold is continuous.

I was having high bp and feeling weakness since few days(taking bp medicine concor AM 5) since 4 years,on consultation with doctor I got few tests done in which everything else came normal except TSH-6.28 Non HDL cholestrol-159 Calcium- 8.42 Uric acid 7.23 RBC count m-6.0 Do I have to take thyroid medicines or should I get tested again after few days? Please suggest

My husband is 43 years old.. His cholesterol level is high so doctor asked him to take rosawatin 10 mg.. He is taking regular medicine.. bt now he is feeling very hungry all time.. Is this is a side effect of medicine ?
