Hello, When i stand and teach or sit in front seat of auto, or stand in bus also i get sleep. Whats is the problem

My under arm has bad odour. I've tried all soaps, all deodrant. I sweat alot, hence I've used antiperspirant as well. Yet it doesn't feel any good. Even after bathing so well. It still has the bad odour. I have a few hair in my armpit. Is it because of that? I want to remove them off. Can I use Veet (Men) for underarm hair removal as well.? Is this odour coz of the hair or sweat ? Or any other infection ? Suggest some meds or anything to overcome this.

Doctor my sister completed her Last 4th Day 28 anti Rabies vaccine on 7th December 2021 her vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 from government hospital and today again a street dog scratch her ankle with nails with minor little bleeding no wound just a small line of scratch so should she need to take 2 booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 ?

Respected madam and sir I just check my bp reading 2 times 1 I check in sphygmomanometer bp machine by a professional my reading was 130/80 and again  by a professional and also in my home I check it with a digital the label is this  is it normal na . can u tell me mostly which bp machine give accurate reading .digital.mercury or sphygmomanometer .. And in present im taking bp medicine ..from last 1 weak ...in previous im taking stamlo T by a previous doctor and now i changed that doctor now  im taking tazloc ct 40 .is the medicine is good ..na . And how much time I need to continue this bp medicine plz tell me eating how many almonds nd pistachio is good for maintaining healthy bp ...
