I am feeling disturbed,sad as I got extreme stress(may b anxiety) from six months back for some reason.from dat time to till now I am not like before as happy .but trying to get better day by day but I am dealing with ghabarahat,fear n it causes me heart rate faster,left hand weakness n shaking sometime,left back n left chest tightness like bit pain n for this fear facing burning in chest,back n stomach.when I am wit friends,in yoga class it ll not happen atoll but in sitting home my mind starts to think n AL that happens.plz help me to come out of burning .this burning completely fears me n spoils me.i am afraid of this that will come back again?pls help.
