From last few days, having problem of folding fingers, pain when folding and releasing, very painful while holding any item with the fingers.Please advise the problem and let me know if any treatment

A month later what I have noticed is when he runs around very fast after sometime he breathes hard; gets eager to breathe; hanker for breath for few seconds Rest he is fine . Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday evening one dog byte my friend. Today he took TT-Injection as the dog got vaccinated earlier. Only a small rash & very small amount of blood came as the dog byte area. I am not diabetic, due to slightly elevated BP  tiredness and headache checked Fasting Blood sugar which is 109/mg/dL BP is 160/100 , taking Telma 40 + Cilday 10 since last 6 months. Do I need to seek dose revision.

Its been a week, I am taking medicine from a local clinic but those are ineffective. During evening and night I get almost continuous coughs, its relatively less during daytime. Maybe because I sit under sun. No fever but runny nose. I have my exam coming but now I have to postpone. Please recommend/prescribe some effective medicines or remedies.
