Headache after covid vaccine
I went for my covaxin dose today and it was very very hot in the afternoon. Now I have severe headache and unable to sleep. Not sure if it because if vacccine Or by travelling long in such temperature. Pls help me with medicine for headache that I can have now. I have paracetamol , can I take it pls help

Yes u can take paracetamol 500 mg. Drink lots of water if you are traveling in afternoons.
