Burning and pain in urine passing area
My age is 30 years,i am having burning sensation while passing urine from last 3 days and pain while passing last drops.and also some crampy feeling and some back pain.May i know the reason and treatment for this please.Thanks in advance.

Kindly do ultrasound abdomen and Renal function tests and culture test
