From past 3-5 days back i was having a kind of constipation problem but from past 2 days i am having loose motion just after i took the food(after 4-5 hrs), i also feels vomiting if i took little more food than usual, even i didnt get proper sleep at night due to this and after i sleep my throat feels dry(i took appx 3 litre of water a day) i dont know why. I am not feeling hungry and when took food something happens in stomach and within 4-5 hrs all comes out as loose motion and not getting any energy as earlier. Pll help me to get cure asap cause i have lot of pressure on me daily. Thank You🙏

I am previously vaccinated 4 dose intradermal rabies vaccination and i took tetanus and 2 intradermal booster dose Day 0 and Day 3 5 Days ago but today a pet dog scratch me with nails with minor drop like blood comes out no wound so should i have to take rabies vaccine again ??

I had been fissure since last year but yesterday i went check up doctor said you had fistula also iam little bit worried.yesterday i ate some nonveg after the next day iam not getting poop this happened so many times after ate nonveg why is this happened like? i am not getting poop sometimes in the morning.in last year i follow the habit of drinking 1litre water and went poop.iam not getting poop with out 1glass of water  everyday.Now i drink 1 glass of water and went to poop and put mind in that then only it came.why iam not getting poop with out drinking water and some times after eating non veg with drinking water on next day also iam not getting poop.iam also not getting good sleep only 3hours i slept? am not getting poop because of poor sleep?  Please solve my problem?what should I follow?

6 months earlier i started having stomach issues, since then i have been getting weight loss with visible body mass reduction, so far if you see the white line near waist, i was that fat, now i look thin and malnourished! 6 months back did an usg, which showed a gb polyp 2.9mm which the doctor said to ignore and repeat usg after 1 year. Then i still had stomach issues persistent, in dec i started having stomach burning issues and gnawing pain. Then in January did an endoscopy which showed antral gastritis and h pylori, did a triple therapy withh ppi, seems my weight reduced further and after that also i had symptoms, did another endoscopy showed the same.. got into another triple therapy. After second round of abx, i am feeling better and my symptoms reduced, but i am not able to gain weight even though i am eating enough, i am worried about cancer because of this and the existing polyp :(. Please help me, i do wnt to gain weight!

My WBC count is high and RBC is low. I got myself examined through a health check up provided by my company. Attached the report for your reference.
