My left arm is swallen I do have was diagnosed with Mild mitral regurations last year was on treatment only for months. I want to know if my hand is due to it?

Night time i can not sleep more than 5 or 4 hours, if my wake from sleep at night then can not sleep again, and day time sleep not come, some time light headache top of the head and sometimes back of the head, eye upper and down side light irritation, behind eye sometimes irritating or tired, which doctor i have to consult, if u have any suggestion give me plz???

I am working person.At job for learning new technologies ( reading ) I am forgetting very quickly and do  not remember for longer time . Earlier I was having good memory in terms of retention of things I read I am not able to concentrate for a longer period of time . It feel like that forehead is getting heat from left and right whenever I study some complex things. Proscatination also noticed. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

(report attached) Past history- GERD, IBS-M, BLADDER NECK OBSTRUCTION MEDICINE- NEXPRO RD, TRIPTOMER 10, ALFUSIN 10 Is this report normal??? Please advice.... IS THIS WBC COUNT TOO MUCH LOW???

My booster dose is due on 9th June 2022,but I'll out of station during this time. So can I take it in July.
