Doctor,I have hypertension. For hypertension I am taking blood pressure medication regularly. On CBC test My hemoglobin was 12.5,Hematrocit(39.6),MPV 15.9, RDW 15.9,PDW 39.4 fl(normal 8.3-25ml) and platelet count 1,60,000, On liver function test my SGPT Was 60,Total bilirubin 0.6,Alkaline phosphate 86, USG abdominal normal. But since 2 Years my Platelet count always lower normal side (1,50,000-1,70,000) and High PDW( 20-40) and High MPV(12-16), should I worried for this?

I have slight fever, feeling cold and sweating from hands. My feet are cold. Any home remedies or treatment.kindly help

My orthopedic advised to take Ugesic(piroxicam) 20 mg 1 time 5 day Caldikind plus 1 time 10 days.. I forgot to mention I take Amlong 5mg for bp, is it safe to use these medicines with amlong and regestrone. Please guide. Thank you.

I have been suffering from high bp for some time now. My bp was 147/90. I got Echo and TMT done. Tmt was negative. Echo showed mild concentric LVH. Systolic and diastolic function were normal. So i have undergone 2nd round of antibiotics for my h pylori infection, this time the smelly farts and the nausea is totally gone, even after first round of treatment smelly farts were there and it was a lot. After this second round, i feel better, but that burning sensation is still present, not totally gone. Is that because of the existing antral gastritis? It was diagnosed during the endoscopy. What to do if h pylori is gone and gastritis is still there? How to test it? I dnt have breath test available at my place. The only symptom that i have is feeling hot inside epigastric region, majorly post lunch. I dont eat spicy and oily at all. Please guide me. Is stool test worth it? And after how long of stopping antibiotics should i go for it
