Rib cage pain
I am suffering little injection type pain on upper chest especially both rib cage area since 2 days sometimes normally. I have no other concerned . What is caused by or what should i do?

Dont sleep immediately  after taking food. Take paracetamol 650 and pan 40 Wait for some says .. the pain should go.

Take Signoflam: 1 tab twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 3 days Pan D : 1 cap in empty stomach for 5 days. Give Hot fomentation Avoid massage and lifting heavy weight or physical exertion. Take plenty of fluids Avoid Oily spicy smoked and deep fried food Avoid Maida products Avoid Tea Coffee Dark Chocolate for the time being Take soft diet Don't skip meals Don't sleep immediately after having food. Consult under Practo in case of emergency
