Sir I have taken tetanus toxoid injection before 7 days and my current age is 17 years my childhood vaccinated for tetanus is complete UpTo 4 dose intinal 3 dose UpTo 6 months of birth and one booster at 18 months then after that taken one tetanus toxoid injection at 15 years of age current age 17 years one tetanus toxoid injection in September 2021 for injury and one before 7 days tetanus toxoid injection today I got injured in mud blood also come out scratch type injury but  do I need tetanus immuglobin as read in Google that tt don't provide instant immunity do I need tetanus immuglobin for protection as muddy injury required attention

I sometimes get pinching pain in my left upper arm just below the shoulder. I also have stiff neck and feel lightheaded when I lie down and move my head. I also feel numbness in my arm sometimes and like a tingling sensation which goes away after sometime. I dont have any other medical problems and not taking any medication. Please suggest what kind of pain it can be? Do I need to get my heart tests done?

My recent lipid profile report Total cho : 236 LDL : 156 HDL : 50 Triglycerides: 167 Non HDL : 185 Do I need to mandatorily start medicine ? If yes, are these to be taken life long ? Can I avoid medicines and control cholesterol ? ( Pls note my father also had a cholesterol & he used to take blood thinner medicine) Pls advise

My cousin is having fever from last 2 months when she takes medicine temperature comes to normal otherwise have fever . All test for fever is done and everything seems to be normal . She have had gone to heart surgery as there was hole in her hearth but test and everything was done but that too was normal . Her blood level is somewhere around 8 she has lost weight around 7-8 kgs . Doctors are saying tests are normal but if it is normal then reasons for all this happening. Pls suggest
