My grandfather is 91 yrs old man having bp and asthma for few days he didn't eat much as before always saying" I am not feeling hungry" he eats only 2 idlies and a glass of milk for the whole day and sleeping all time could anyone suggest me what may be the problem and which specialist i need to consult

Skin problem
