Continuous vomiting and inability to consume water can cause serious dehydration, which can have consequences.

Platelet count will increase itself because any viral infection which increase your body temperature will lead to hypercoagulable state of platelets so platelet count will decrease.
For now you can add -
- Tab. Caripill 1100 mg BD × 5 days
Next Steps
- drink ample amount of water
- Add electral powder to Drinking water
- Monitor temperature using thermometer 8 hourly
