Heavy dizziness
I am a mother of 5 month old. C section done since then i am feeling dizzy at starting it was on and on but since one month i am feeling heaviness in my upper body including head. I 24*7 feel dizzy. I visited doctors and they said it's because of breastfeeding. I reduced breastfeeding taking my meal properly still no relief sometimes my head feels so much heavy. Don't stop breastfeeding. It can be due to Iron deficiency. You have to take Iron tablets till 6 months after delivery. As you have mentioned that you have gone through a cesarean section. Let me tell you that in Cesarean section approximately 1 litre of blood loss occur through our body and that account for 1/5th of the total blood. So to replenish the Hemoglobin and iron store you have to take Iron supplements.
