Taking Thyronorm 37.5 MCG from 4 months, now TSH is 4.56 ( Reference 0.4-4.2 ). Having palpitations. Revision of dose needed or can wait further.

Sir, Palpitations can have many causes. Tsh alone would not be sufficient to make changes to your thyroid medication. You would need assessment of your blood pressure, pulse and other vitals.
